Version 5 is not compatible with Citrix Application

Citrix works OK with Version 4.
Are there any settings I can change to make it compatible?

There is no error message.
My company give me Citrix to connect from home like a virtual desktop.
When all is compatible, in windows Citrix (remote desktop) you can see and use all the remote applications (office, remedy, intranet, etc)
When there is something incompatible, only allow you to use the intranet, with out any error message.
I have Windows XP and I used to work Ok with Avast 4.
After Avast 5 upgrade, in Citrix windows, there is only the intranet icons.
I couldn’t find anything in Citrix web http://www.citrix.com/lang/English/home.asp
