I installed version 5 on top of 4.8 on my 64bit Vista system.
It didn’t load a tray icon but did load a desktop icon.
When I try to launch I get an error that says"The application has failed to start because the side-by-side configuration is incorrect" I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and it still does not work.
Any suggestions?

I needed to redown load the program because subscription expired, but I keep on getting this error. please help
im getting the same errors and I have tryed to redownload it over and over again… and nothing will work
