Where in the GUI can I find the purchase date, version number, and other identifying information I assume I will need in the event I have a problem with my installation? (I don’t have any problems at the moment, but I’m trying to build a record of such things “just in case” Is my Customer ID sufficient?
Information in the GUI is located under the maintenance tab. Go to GUI select the maintenance tab then select subscription and update tabs. Like Tech stated, save your license in a safe place.
Hello Support; I can not find my customer ID number and I find it very difficult to get thru to people I want to complain to about my Avast performance and the cost after it did NOT stop conduit.com from getting onto my PC. I also want some one to ell me how I can contact customer service about getting a refund of my subscription because tech support did not fix my problem so I want o stop my subscription and I am asking for a refund. I just renewed 4/1/2014 and I want to stop the subscription because the tech did not fixproblem instead they wanted to charge me a ridiculous price to fix the problem so I just want out and please refund the balance of my subscription please. William
Conduit is a toolbar PUP and Avast does not check for them by default. But you can set Avast to do that
Conduit is straightforward to remove
