Very concerned.

Hello Sir/Madam who has stumbled upon this post.

I implore you to assist me. My AVAST! antivirus software has encountered something called win32.exe. It is not best pleased. After running a revelatory albeit brief system scan, it was revealed to me that this piece of malware identifies as a “decompression bomb”. Having done some brief research it has become clear that it is not something I wish to be taking tea with. Basically, each time the bomb begins to tick, avast nips it in the bud and stitches it up good and proper. Now, the only persistent issue is the issue of persistence. Each time avast catches the virus, and seemingly shows it the door, my heart rate slows back down to normal and i stop having cold sweats. However, a short time later, the “DING DING DING” goes off again and lets me know that once again, it has made an attempt to apprehend the virus, leading to me once again screaming like a madman at a stray cat. Quite simply, what do I do? The time behind its sporadic and much resented appearances have grown in longevity each time. It has now been around fifteen minutes since the dreaded dinging, but i fear my nights will be sleepless and the dread bell will haunt my dreams and turn them to nightmares.

Thankyou in advance.

Cal.
