I am seriously disappointed with the avast antivirus program. it wont come off my computer no matter how hard i try. it wont upgrade and when i post on here to ask for help, i get nothing. pathetic…

I understand that you are stuck for help at the moment, however this is a user forum primarily, so the majority of people who post are users like you. This may mean that they may not reply, since they do not know how to help.
Also, your post was about 50 minutes ago, and while it seems a long time, is still relatively short. Maybe it hasn’t been seen by someone who could help…

its not the time frame of someone replaying that is upsetting…i have tried everyting all the forums, inlcuding this one have suggested doing. i still cant get this program to work for me. thats what’s pathetic…its also disappointing that i;ve been trying for 4 days to get this program off my computer and nothing…

When you have a “problem” you want to tell the people (nicely) what problems you are having. saying “I have error codes” only tells us you have a problem. What are those error codes? What have you tried to do to solve the problem so far? How do you think the problem started?
The above unanswered questions are possibly why you didnt get a reply within 40 minutes, which by the way is not very long considering this forums population. Most business ask for at least a day to reply with email correspondence allowing them to make an informed reply. Forums are simply a means of possibly getting faster service from other customers that may have knowledge of your problem and enjoy helping people.
