Hello,
I do nor want to argue, this does not help; however in 5 days I did not got any response.
And so I do not have any protection on my PC.
TRue I wrote in french but I asked the helpdesk and they say it doesnot matter…
Here is my problem: after install of the latest version I got the message :
Failed to load language: 119 blabla…
Now I do not have again this message but the main Avast menu with “you are unprotected”
Of course I done the “resolve all” or “start” or “turn on” and nothing happened!
Seems thgat I do not communicate with Avast.
As provider I have Free with the Freebox.
Who can help me?
