HI, I need someones help please. Before I start I would add that I’m useless with computers, that’s why I need help! After updating my Avast premium it put my Viddly App in quarantine saying it had Malware? I tried to make an exception in Quarantine but it still occurs and refuses to let me download. Viddly help desk are useless as ey say, 'yes it happens, but we do not have Malware, so make an exeption in your Avast. However, the Viddly app, downloads but on clicking to instal the EXE file continually goes to quarantine. I paid for a lifetime licence so am not amused! Viddly say to make an exeption for the app and download it again, but I have NO idea how to do this and get my Viddly back.
ANY help to this computer illiterate OAP would be trully welcomed.
Did you scan the app with Avast?
Did you receive any detection or notifications from Avast?
If so, please attach a screenshot.
If not, then best to report this issue to Viddly.
