Hi Folks.
I am having a similar problem. Have used repair. Have reinstalled the entire suite. Nothing. And yes it was fine up til a few days ago. I am not even sure how to use the advice above about “getting a ticket” but if the person who first posted this query has received a response to their ticket… could you please share what the official response has been?
Or anyone else who knows. It is the primary reason I use Safezone as my default. Thanks
