Video downloader stopped working

The video downloader stopped working in the Safe Zone Browser. I noticed, when trying to troubleshoot this, that SafeZone Browser doesn’t appear to be configured for Windows 10, only up to Windows 8. I read on the forum to go to the Add/Remove Programs in settings and do a repair, but the browser doesn’t even come up there. It worked just fine until around a week ago. I would appreciate any suggestions. I have removed it in the past and just reinstalled it, though not for this problem. I just hate the idea of losing my bookmarks if I opt to do that again. Help?

We support Windows 10 too! You do not need to reinstall when you have problems with safezone features… It is only necessary when you have problems with bank mode.

The problem has been fixed. You just need to install SZB component again / or do a repair installation. Then Video Downloader will be updated in few minutes.
