Recently videos from CBS.com have been blocked with a message saying that the video is either unavailable or being blocked by an ad blocker installed in the browser. A week ago, this wasn’t an issue. Is the new version of Avast causing this? Is there a fix?
Just went to CBS.com and played a couple of videos. Everything worked well and I was able to see them. Using avast! Internet Security, FireFox and Windows 7 64bit. I also have the avast! Ad Blocker installed.
Apparently this issue has started again. CBS blocks video because of the “do not track” option on Avast. I use Chrome & found that I have to use incognito mode to watch video. No problems with YouTube, NBCsports or ESPN3.
