How do you view a submitted ticket , i have logged in to the account but can not see it anywhere
My friends was trying to turn of the auto renewal for Grime Fighter, but when we clicked " manage subscription", entered the login details, it came back with " enter valid email address " which we had, it was his registered email address for Avast ( the one his invoice went to ), and the one he logs in to Avast with, when we submitted the ticket .
Hence why we raised a support ticket.
Its not good that your systems are saying an email address is in valid when it is clearly not, there fore the user can not turn off auto renew
