Viren Definitionen

Avast Premium holt keine Virendefinitionen mehr die letzten waren vom 20.1.2020 die vom 31.1.2020 werden zwar angezeigt aber nicht heruntergeladen .
Weiß jemand wie das problem behoben werden kann ?

Where are you seeing this information ?
Is it in the About Avast (Avast Tray Icon) or from the AvastUI Menu > Settings > Update section ?
The reason I ask is there is currently a disparity between the two.

You can also check the C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\defs sub folder to see what VPS yyou actually have.

I have the sameproblem. Avast free dosn’t get new defintions for viruses. trying to install it once more, i got an error message, that avast wasn’t able to resolve hosts:

@querry992 & @sebastiian.arendt

Hallo!

Move to https://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=24-0 as DavidR already told you. that’s the German part of this forum.
:wink:
G =Snake=

@sebastiian.arendt is posting in english

I know. Reason: He didn’t find the German section. :wink:

Can you please post/upload a bigger part of the log around the snippet? From this block it’s not clear what URL exactly it’s trying to resolve.
Thanks.

Thanks for your response, Igor.

Of course i can post the whole log:
