Ich bezweifle, dass das an Malware liegt. Du hast geringen RAM, den müsste man upgraden. 
Jetzt hoffen wir mal, dass es dann doch noch geht.
So, nach über vier Stunden ist ESET endlich fertig. Die log-Datei ist angehängt. Es wurden vier Schädlinge gefunden 
Ich habe das Programm noch nicht deinstalliert, falls ich noch mal an die log-Datei ran muss.; lt. Anleitung im Link sind die Funde “gelöscht und in die Quarantäne verschoben worden” und das Programm soll über die Systemsteuerung deinstalliert werden. Der Ordner mit dem Programm soll dann noch manuell gelöscht werden.
Den Scan über Security Check mache ich morgen; ich habe ein wenig Angst, dass es wieder so lange dauert wie ESET

Soll ich jetzt ESET deinstallieren?
Ich habe mich entschieden, Windows Vista neu zu installieren, wenn das denn funktioniert, wenn vorher Windows 7 drauf war. Natürlich erst, wenn die Virensuche und -entfernung abgeschlossen ist.
Könntest du mir schon mal den Link mit der Anleitung schicken, von dem du geschrieben hast? Dann kann ich schon mal gucken, ob ich mir das zutraue.
Ich brauche nur noch Einverständnis meines Teachers, dann bist Du von meiner Seite aus “entlassen”.

I. Removal of Tools and other things
[*]Step 1: OTL Fix | Delete old restore points and create a new one
[*]Right click on OTL.exe and select Run as Administrator
[*]Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) all of the following text into the Custom Scans/Fixes box:

Right click on OTL and select Run as Administrator and hit the cleanup button. It will remove all the programs we have used plus itself.

Malwarebytes is a very good free scanner! It isn’t an one demand scanner so it won’t have any problems with your AntiVirus! It would be good if you scan your PC after Malware every 1-2 months (of course with Malwarebytes).
But if you like to uninstall it, then make that:

II. Prevention and Future Guidelines

Download File-Hippo Updatechecker from here and install it. Please run it monthly - it will scan your Updatestatus. For example a program is out dated the UpdateChecker will give you a link where you can download the newest version of the respective program.

[]You probably see a list of updates (if not then all your critcal programs are up to date)

Exercise common sense
Having security programs installed is very helpful to you, but none of them have the gift of human thought. The best way to make sure you don’t get infected is to look before you leap. Be careful of what websites you visit - if a site looks suspicious, trust your instincts and get out of there. Be careful of what attachments you open in emails and files you download from websites - check them over carefully and look at the file extensions to make sure that you know what you’re getting. Using peer-to-peer file sharing programs or downloading cracks and keygens is something else to avoid - the files you will be downloading are infected in the vast majority of cases, and the benefits simply aren’t worth the risk to your computer.
Keep up on Windows updates
Along with keeping all of the security programs that you choose to use updated, it is also important to keep up on system updates from Microsoft, as these patch critical security vulnerabilities and help to keep you safe. Typically the windows update icon will appear in your taskbar when new updates are available, whenever you see it you should open the menu up and install the updates that are available. Although it may be an annoyance, that little bit of extra time it takes to stay updated is very well worth it instead of getting infected from an exploit and having to clean your PC again.

So, ich habe alles erledigt. Allerdings wurden durch OTL cleanup nicht wie unten geschrieben alle Programme gelöscht; JRT und Security Check sind noch da.

Die Treiber gibt es im Internet, den ServicePack wird bei Windows Updates automatisch aktualisiert.

Was meinst du mit “beim Linux Setup auch alle Platten formatieren”? Oh weh, ich befürchte, es wäre besser, ganz die Hände davon zu lassen…
Die Grafikkarte findet sich häufig im Kontextmenü auf dem Desktop. (NVIDIA Systemsteuerung oder ähnliches)
Bei Nvidia unten links auf Systeminformationen klicken. Für AMD, Intel kann ich leider nichts sagen.
Nachdem du Linux heruntergeladen und auf eine CD gebrannt oder einen USB-Stick erstellt hast, musst du auswählen
Microsoft Windows durch Linux ersetzen, nicht Linux zusätzlich installieren.

ich habe mich jetzt erstmal für Ubuntu entschieden und auch schon auf DVD gebrannt. Eigene Dateien sind auch gesichert. Gleich wird es also ernst. Ich werde Ubuntu wohl erstmal als Test laufen lassen, soll per DVD möglich sein. Mal sehen…

Viele Leute mögen Ubuntu nicht wegen der Werbung im Dash, die Anzeige von Internet-Ergebnissen lässt sich
unter Systemeinstellungen>Privatsphäre abschalten.
Ich wüsste zum Beispiel im Moment nicht ob ich Ubuntu oder etwas wie OpenSUSE nutzen sollte.
Wäre auch eine Alternative für dich da sie eine super Dokumentation haben was für einen Umstieg hilfreich wäre.
