Virtual IP address shows as "N/A"

Hello - I am using Avast SecureLine VPN, version 5.6.4971. When I open the program, it usually shows a numerical Virtual IP address. However, many times the Virtual IP address shows as “N/A.” Is this cause for concern? Should there always be a numerical Virtual IP address showing?

Hi Jeff, I’ve also seen it here with v5.6, it usually helps to disconnect/reconnect or change location.

Any idea why this occurs?
It should always show the “virtual IP numerical designation”.
