I have about 20% of my recent emails as double entries on all my accounts:
- Normal: Lucy
- Abnormal: “Lucy” xxxx@planet.nl
Also I can’t reply sometimes to people I know and emailed with for years:

In my 6 years with the arvixe and kpnmail servers I never had severe problems, only once, years ago, 2 hour delivery delays on arvixe.
So problem is a virus on the client (my PC) fooling me?
I got (one week old) fresh Windows 8.1. and Windows Live Mail installation / paid Avast 2015 subscription (I think its PRO but I cannot see) shields / paid subscription Malewarebytes realtime protection.
Moreover my internet is very slow and strangely newest tweets in my Twitter time line are all more than 8 hours old.
If the virus suspection is actually true, the Avast & Malewarebytes combination did not protect me, I can understand the burden and feel sorry for the Avast and Malewarebytes development teams, because I can imagine that there are hackers and cyber criminals in the world, employed by dubious governments, that have complete data centers at there disposal, the size of Google data centers. For Avast & Malewarebytes teams: Although the enemy is strong, there is no way back keep on fighting!
I can be a target for data center hackers http://www.satoconor.com blogs can give you a clue.
