Virus Alert - Email Functionality

Hey guys, Let me first start off by saying I have search as much as I could for Virus Alert configuration information and I have yet to find a solution… All I want to do is send the email.

Information is as follows:
Program Version: 7.0.1426
Firewall: Comodo (but nothing in this indicates a block of the email)
Windows 7 64 bit

I look at the mail.log but nothing is showing a issue in there (although I’m not port and IP address savvy enough to know exactly I’m looking at). I might think that the ‘SMTPListen’ events to 127.0.0.1 might be a issue but again, I’m not savvy enough to know what the application SHOULD be doing. Below is the log:

5/29/2012 10:30:23 PM 0000098C: IMAPs RedirectPort: 993

The communication information is setup correctly with a port 465 and authentication enabled.

If anyone can tell me if this functionality IS or IS NOT working, we can go from there on more details.

Thanks
Tazzin
