Help! I have virus alert pop ups that are NOT from Avast lining the right side of my screen that keep reopening themselves when I close them. I see an address on them, but can’t figure out what corresponds on my Task Manager to force them to close. Any help would be appreciated!
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Are you using multiple antivirus programs ?
Doing so could cause a conflict, you can only have one active antivirus program running. Yes you could have an on-demand antivirus program, such as when you install Avast, Windows disables active scanning of Defender to prevent this type of conflict.
When does this occur, what are you doing ?

Drag & Drop - Create a screenshot on your computer and save it locally. Using windows explorer or other file management program, drag and drop into your post.
Don’t close that problematic window. Launch System Informer (Process Hacker) and drag the “Find Window” button onto the problematic window. SI (PH) will display the parent process of the problematic window. You can use Process Explorer by Russinovich in the same way.
In Autoruns by Russinovich, carefully review the startup list.
