Virus and Malware HTML:Hideme-F [TRJ]

I need help on my companies website. Avast has scanned and found the Hideme-F Trojan, but when I move the infections to the chest, the enire website disappears. I get an error OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error 80004005 when I try to get back on our website. This is a Windows Server 2003R operating system and I am not all that familiar with how websites work I got thrown into it when the Web administrator quit with no notice. I can run my way around Window PC operating systems pretty well, but this virus that AVAST and Sucuri site check located is proving very difficult to remove. Mcaffee or Trend Micro did not fine it. I’ve also run SPYBOT and cleaned the registry with their cleaner. I finds it but if I send to the virus chest I can’t run the website. I need any kind of help!

You should go meticulously over your PHP code and cleanse this out and also all of the CMS code.
