Virus check please

Hey guys,
I was recently infected by a pretty nasty email virus and my computer seems to be running fine, but I want to make sure. My ISP is afraid my passwords have been compromised. That’s pretty scary. I want to make sure I have no key stroke viruses or anything before I change them all. Could someone please analyse these logs and let me know if there’s anything hinky going on?

Thank You!!
