Hello, recently i got a virus on my computer and tried to add it to the virus chest (first virus this computer got) but it says the virus chest server is not running, so i did some googl’ing and found you can manually add files to the chest, this did’nt work either! anybody got an idea???
i tried this on other pc’s with no luck either 
any other security programs installed?
can you attach a screen shot
what file was detected?
where was it located…full file path?
what malware name did avast give the file?
have you tried avast repair?
i can’t attach a screenshot of the virus because i removed it a week ago.
i did try avast repair but no luck
the only other security programs i have are malwarebytes and zone alarm (firewall only)
the virus was in my recycle bin so i emptied it stopping it.
i can attach a general support package.
