virus chest will not allow me to delete file

For months I’ve use Fidelity Trader Pro. Today a pop up appeared when I launched it and I picked the wrong solution. I discover the Virus Chest and click on various available options but the bottom line the file is stuck there. I can’t delete, or restore it. I tried to delete the Fidelity Pro program and when I reinstalled it, NOGO. Can somebody give my a clue.

are you sure you can not restore? ... when restoring a copy remain in chest

yes, I tried several time to restore it, delete it, … Pushed all the possible buttons… no joy. rebooted the computer before and after I deleted the Fidelity Pro program, same result. Only thing I have not doe is to delete the Avast program and see if that works.

Disable the behavior shield and see if it works to install and use the tool.
