My last scan said I had virus and then moved them to the chest, I guess what I am asking is
how long will these sit in the chest and /or what do I do with them if anything? I downloaded and ran the virus cleaner from your site avast named aswclnr and the results proclaimed there was no virus body found however i do. The names on these virus’s are listed below thanks

those three is not a virus. And you cant scan the those virus with aswclnr because you had drop the virus to chest. (Note:If you want aswclnr to scan that virus try remove the virus from the virus chest and drop the file on desktop…) I warn you not to follow what i said or you will

The routines and features of the Cleaner are already present (embedded) into avast antivirus itself.
Welcome to the forums, debbie. 
The files listed below should be in a section of the Virus Chest titled “System Files.” The avast program put them there as back up files just in case they are needed in the future. They are not infected.
kernel32.dll
winsock.dll
wsok32.dll
If you would like to test those files, you can right click each one and then click on scan. You can do this with any files in the Virus Chest. The only files that should concern you are the files listed in the section titled “Infected Files.”
You can leave the infected files in the chest for as long as you like but we usually suggest leaving them there for at least 14 days just in case one or more are false positives. At the end of 14 days or more, you can check them again by using the right click method I mentioned above. At that time, you can delete them if you would like or you can just leave them in the chest.

I don’t see wsok32.dll in my system files section but I do see wsock32.dll.
Yeah, David, that is the one I have. I just copied & pasted from above. It was probably a typo in the original post by debbie.
Yes, that was the only reason I posted as if it isn’t a typo then it warrants further investigation perhaps.
I guess that we will only know if debbie comes back and tells us.
