Hello,
I have a virus in my chest (Npuzea.exe) (and under virus it says: Win32:MalOb- EM [cryp])(see attached picture) no idea what it is but i was wondering is it off my computer? can i remove it from the chest or is it still on my computer? i run scans all the time it hasn’t detected anything sense i put it in the chest but when it wasn’t i got and message from avast saying a threat has been detected about every 5 min which has me concerned any idea?

It on the file name alone looks like a good detection. Given it is in the Windows folder I would expect lots of hits on a google search and there are only two relevant hits, one being this topic.
There is no rush to delete anything from the chest, a protected area where it can do no harm. Anything that you send to the chest you should leave there for a few weeks. If after that time you have suffered no adverse effects from moving these to the chest, scan them again (inside the chest) and if they are still detected as viruses, delete them.
