Is the pictured alert the same as the one you received? If so it hasn’t actually infected your system; the scanner prevvented the malicious script from downloading.
If on the other hand it is the result of a system scan, more action will be required.
I suggest you clean your temporary internet files, and try a boot scan with Avast.
I saw on your other thread that you are using IE6. IE7 or 8, or Firefox 3 will be better and more secure alternatives.

I have the identical trojan. I clicked on delete but Avast could not delete. Error message was no permission. Should I have clicked on move to chest first and then tried to delete it? How do I find the trojan again without having to run an entire scan?
