virus detected, file not found

My Avast! has just found a virus on this file I was downloading at emule.
The strange thing is that the file didn’t appear where it should.
The Avast! can’t find it, neither can my researcher program. It seams the file is not on my computer, but the Avast! doesn’t stop the warnings. The file name:

Are you using BitTorrent or emule?

Maybe you need to disable Hide protected operating system files and enable View hidden files and folders to manage the file(s).
