I have just setup the administration console and on completing a scan 3 computers came up with red icons.
Going to sessions and local scanners it is empty
In the computer group both scanners are ticked for local and access reporting.
Also I can not access the remote chest from the computer group, I get an RPC error. In the computer group the service for remote access to chest is ticked.
When I log onto the client machine I can see the viruses in the chest. I restored the viruses and tried to open and it was sent to the chest again and appeared in the on access scanner session on the server. When I do a local scan of the directory the virus is in it is detected and this time it appears in the local scanner session
When I create a report 32 viruses are identified but when I run this report later in the day there is none. One of the reports indicate that 20% of the viruses (42) have been sent to the chest and the rest nothing was done
The console and ADM is installed on a 2003 Small Business server. The clients are XP SP2. Their firewalls have ports open for file sharing and remote desktop
