What it was?

  1. Seems you scanned with Mbam, not SAS…
  2. More important question: Is it gone now…??
    asyn

Yes, sorry for the error :-[
You mean the important is which it is deleted?

One more question I try to updates Super Anti Spyware and I have one error message:
There was an error trying to retriev definition. Make sure your Firewall is not blocking SUPERANTISPYWARE.EXE from accessing to the internet.
What I have to do?

  1. No problem…
  2. No.
  3. Check, if the updater is allowed in your FW.
    asyn

Sorry for my bad english but I don’t undestand what do you mean

Regarding the Windows FW:
In the “Windows firewall settings” In the “general” page I have selected “On” and “don’t allow exeption”

2. More important question: Is it gone now..?? asyn
If you scan again, is it gone ? does Malwarebytes show a CLEAN log ?

In the firewall you must allow Superantispyware updater to access internet, if not it can`t update the program

Ok now I scan Again…
In the Firewall I noticed wich if I sellect “Don’t allow exeptions”, in the exeptions page the upper text change from “Windows firewall is blocking incoming network connections, except for the programs an dservices selected below…” to “Windows firewall is blocking incoming network connections that interest programs and services selected below” But selections below in both cases remain the same.
If I select “don’t allow exeptions” I have to select all the aviable selections in “exception” for more security?

I see that you now have more than 20 posts which will permit you to update your profile to include signature information.

Go to PROFILE then Modify Profile then Forum Profile Information then Please select your country: then Signature: and put information about your system just like my signature about your system just like my signature so that the helpers can offer pertinent advice.

Ok, if I scan again, the program don’t detect nothing

What I have to do for update Superantispyware?

Hey

1)You are not using SAS (SuperAntiSpyware)
2)You are using Malwarebytes

Malwarebytes
If you want to update Malwarebytes, you have to open/run Malwarebytes, now go to Aggornmento and click Ricerca Aggiornamenti.

SAS
Run the program, left-click and then select “Controlla per aggiornamenti”

Sorry, as I don’t use SAS, I can’t really help you with this.
Either ask in their forum or wait, if any SAS user arrives here.

The OP has another thread with a malware issue http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=66779.msg563559#msg563559 and is unable to update SAS, which he does have on his system.

Thanks for the info, SafeSurf.

No problem…I thought it would help each thread’s issue.
