Virus found in mails - but the mail is not findable

Every time I Start the mail app on my mac I get 2 pops:

Infection blocked

Infection: Other: Malware-gen (Trj)
File: Partno_1/word/embeddings/oleObject1.bin
Process: /Applications/Mail.app/Contents/MacOS/Mail

Infection: LNK:LockyDownloader-A (Tro)
File: Partno_1/word/embeddings/oleObject1.bin/_1_Ole10Native:6.lnk
Process: /Applications/Mail.app/Contents/MacOS/Mail

In the History of the Avast mail shield these are found - but the following is empty:

Subject
From
To

Any advice?

is this a false positive or how do I delete these viruses if they are really there
