When a virus is found on my email, how do I know where it is coming from? So I may be careful not to use whatever it was I was using?
You can’t see where it is comming from. I can send you an email with sender “BillGates@microsoft.com” or “hello@Iam.here” or whatever. Unless you know how to track datestreams there is no way to tell for sure where it is comming from.
The sender may give an indication, but that is all.
