Hi, I have a problem with the virus getusaaall.info. My Avast antivirus strip me a threat in relation to this virus, in relation to the process Windows/system32/svchost.exe. Use programs such as the Adwclenaer, Malwarebytes, and others who recommended for the solution of such problems. The case is that the virus continues to war and I want to delete it once and for all. To see if I can help solve this problem. Best regards. :-\
follow instructions and attach requested logs. https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0
be sure to save OTL as ANSI and not Unicode so we can read it
Hi Pondus.
Essexboy switched OTL for Farbar Recovery Scan Tool so that is the log Pedro needs to attach.
Attached the program log Farbar Recovery Scan Tool.
I can not put the log from aswMBR because I run scans a while and at one point the program tells me to stop working, and therefore does not end the analysis, and I can not get the log.
Could you let me know if the alerts continue after this
CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer
Download the attached Fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that
Thanks for your answer, essexboy. I did what you told me and this is the new log that came out. The alerts continue …
Do you still have the alerts ?
Yes, although I think that less followed than before, in my opinion. This virus is screwed up for delete, the bastard…
Next tool
Download and Install Combofix
Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:

[*]When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
[*]Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.
Notes:
- Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
- Do not “re-run” Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
- If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.
Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now
Ok, this is the log it gave me ComboFix
Last a time, Avast did not put me more alert, so here it seems that the virus was totally eliminated. If so, essexboy, many thanks indeed. You are the fucking master !! ;D ;D ;D
OK let it run for a day and if all is still good let me know and I will tidy up
I have never exit alerts, so I guess that the virus is completely eliminated. Thanks for your help essexboy.
P.S.: Can I remove the programs that I had to download? and the log’s?
P.S.: I can delete the programs that I had to download? and the log's?when all is OK, Essexboy will remove all programs used ;)
In that case methinks I will send you on your merry way
Subject to no further problems
I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems
Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean
A good workman always cleans up after himself so…The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:
Download and run Delfix

: Keep Java Updated :
WARNING: Java is the #1 exploited program at this time. The Department of Homeland Security recommends that computer users disable Java
See this article
I would recommend that you completely uninstall Java unless you need it to run an important software.
In that instance I would recommend that you disable Java in your browsers until you need it for that software and then enable it. (See How to diasble Java in your web browser and How to unplug Java from the browser)
Now that you are clean, to help protect your computer in the future I recommend that you get the following free programmes:
CryptoPrevent install this programme to lock down and prevent crypto ransome ware

Update and run weekly to keep your system clean
It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system and to keep them updated.

OK. I downloaded and ran the Delfix (it eliminated me programs and the log’s I had to download, removed me the work xD), disable Java in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer (I haven’t Firefox), did not know that Java was harmful for the PC, I let myself rather surprised… Also download CryptoPrevent and apply the protection, and the MalwareBytes had previously installed, it’s been part of my usual programs I use (Ccleaner and now East also).
Thanks for your help again. Good luck and greetings
My pleasure
