"VIRUS!!!Help!!!"

???I really need help on this one; I’m usually pretty good at repairing things on my comp, but this time for some reason I can’t figure out!!!
Avast found 4 infected files on my comp, but it could only delete 2 of them and I don’t no how or even if I can, get rid of them!!!
These are the the files the Avast is saying the virus is in and can’t get rid of:
“c:\WINDOWS\system32\QUACRCYLKT1.exe”

“c:\WINDOWS\system32\SRGKFUJXEN5.exe”

I went ahead and put them into the chest for a minute, but what I need to know is if it is safe to delete them from my comp; and if I do will it still work right?

the experts cant help if you dont state which virus it is

Hi,

if you successfully moved them to the chest, and the PC still works after booting, then you can safely delete them from the chest

to find out what they might do, you could scan the files with other scanners, e,g, Trend, RAV, KAV
