The Symantec already is with removal tools where the Avast did not obtain to remove these new virus… what I must make? already the forecast of tools for the withdrawal of these virus for the Avast!

We do not give help by email. We answer here. This way others can benefit from the solutions we find also. Bloodhound is a POSSIBLE infection found by NAV’s heuristic scanning. So it very well can be a false positive.

Please provide the following information:

  • What OS?
  • What version of Avast?
  • What file is nav saying that is infected?
  • What is the location of that file?
  • Have you checked with Jotti?
