I have a dialer in file C:\Program Files\onlineservices btwebcontrol and I cant repair ir or move it to chest not that I am worried about the dialer as I have a router so on that score I am sound but what can be done with this file? Other then leaving it

 A "Dialer" is not a "virus"; for such "things" we usually
recommend either Ewido or A-Squared Free .

What detected it ?
Why can’t you move or delete, e.g. what error messages are displayed ?

I know that but ewido does not spot it and it says cannot be moved to chest and cannot be repaired

and there are some files I did not move into my chest when I press all chest files like C:\WINDOWS32 file wsok32dill that has no viruses and winsock.dll and kernel32 which also has no viruses and one other thing the files that have no viruses are fine to move back to my computer right?

These files are ‘System’ files and are not infected. They’re there for backup purposes. Let them there :wink:

Are they into Chest (Quarentine)?
Ok… let them there, they won’t harm your computer.
Test them from now 2 or three weeks and be sure they’re infected ones and not only false positives.
Then you can delete them from Chest 8)
