hi guys last night i perform a full computer scan using avast free antivirus i find 2 threats i was able to remove them no issue with that the name of the virus was HTML:RedirME-inf [Trj] well the 2 virus with the same name what i want is if any of you guys can tell me what does that virus do and if any of my personal data in my hard drive was damage because of it and how dangerous does that virus was thanks in advance

Related to website (HTML) it redirect you (Redir) to another site that may be malicious / spam / fake message / pishing …

and it is not a virus but a trojan ( [Trj] = Trojan)

Just depending on the direction source of the redirection. When you did not reach it, because avast blocked to go there,
then indeed there is not much to fear.
