Virus: Int 13-512??? HELP

Hi. I did a scan and Avast find Int 13-512 in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportQueue\AppHang_bsserv_ae4614cc41f661293a4b97c639a688ba77d98_cab_128e6f17
filename is WER3053.tmp.hdmp
Avast ranked is “HIGH” Does anybody know what it is and what does it do? It is a keylogger? Do I have to change all my passwords?

Hi Hamilton,

To resolve this issue just click:

Start → Maintenance → Problem Reports and Solutions

and then click: Clear solution and problem history

cleans up all the content of ReportQueue folder,
