Virus keeps returning..need help

Dudez im really confused ???.. Every time I restart my computer and connect to the net and open Explorer some “Setup Loader” thing comes on and then avast detects 3 viruses in temp folder : (1) "Win32:ConHook-C [Trj], (2) “Win32:Adloader-C [Trj]” & (3) “Win32:Trojano-2671 [Trj]”. The same thing keeps happening everytime I restart windows and connect to the net. Even when I run a virus scan and delete them… Please could some one please help me!

Have you done a boot time scan with avast!?

(Right click the scanner screen and select ‘schedule a boot time scan’.)

Have you tried scanning with some anti-spyware/anti-Trojan programs?

Have you got a firewall up? Is your OS up to date? If not, you will easily be reinfected.
