What does sending something to the virus lab do? Do you get a reply from them about it? How can technical support help you?
You can send a virus that is undetected to virus lab and they will add it to their database and in next few VPS updates you will have a detection for that virus with avast!
Welcome to the forums, Artander!
If you send something to the Avast virus lab, they will not usually reply unless they need more information from you.

What do you mean by that true indian? Undetected? add it to database? next few weeks have detection? I don’t really understand what you mean.
Sorry.
if you have a malware sample that avast does not detect, you send it to avast lab so they can make a detection signature fore it
same thing if you have a file that is wrongly detected (false positive) you send the file so they can correct/remove the detection
