This might not be it but have you changed you google password. Google has been hacked twice this year. I notice that you use Chrome and I am assuming you have a google acct. Like I said this might not be it. 
have been using Chrome … on Beta since ages…
even the 12 Beta ever since it’s inception…
never had any issues…
I think it has nothing to do with the ‘Chrome’ factor…
and if it was indeed a windows error… why the random garbage title ?
run a scan with avast and malwarebytes
if you still are suspicious the post a OTS log and let Essexboy have a look inside
do ‘normal’ memory errors, have such random titles ?
scanning with the latest MalwareBytes
strange thing is MalwareBytes clashes with AVASTSvc.exe 
no idea why we aren’t on their ‘safe’ list
