I need help i am trying to delete this win32:agent-lap trj. file it keeps multiplying. I have tried many sweeps and different spyware detectors how can i remove this file? I keep on getting win spyware advertising. What to do please.

What is the infected file name, where was it found e.g. (C:\windows\system32\infected-file-name.xxx) ?
