Wn32:Esepor-B [Trj] This virus is in my windows i cant remove or repair it please help me!

ok i have this virus Wn32:Esepor-B [Trj]
located here:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\tksrv98.exe[UPX]
I,m running windows xp (pro) sp1
i have installed updated and run the latest version of spybot. with no effect.
I have run avast (home edition) on boot up and managed to remove it re-ran the virsus scannar without detecting it aswell ,but then it seems to reinstal its self later on.
i followed the links from the search of esepor suggested above but could make any sense of it other than re-confirming what i already know (norton doesN,t detect it, the original source of the problem).
does anyone know if this is a bad bad virus (trojan actually) or just simple spyware? and how can i get rid of it.?

yep great help i think I,m running through the suggestions now!
initial scan turned up negative ;D
running second scan now and will then enable system restore.

after a bit of giggery- pokery and a lot of system testing its all seems fine : ;D
