I have a virus that is making my action center tell me that the antivirus needs to be turned on and I can’t fix it. Somebody help me please. Also there was a send and receive error in Microsoft outlook.

AdwCleaner / Malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR
when done removal experts will be notified and check the logs for infections…
if trouble running any of the Tools, try run from safe mode…
The error may just be a windows glitch. Is Avast running normally ? Is it just security centre telling you that Avast is off
