My pc is an elite book 2760p and os is windows 10
My pc got infected by virus or maleware created two shortcut on my desktop named:
BigFarm.lnk and , big_bang_empire.lnk
Here are what I’ve collected about this virus
1- it creates a folder in my pc at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Anerfery"
2- it generates a DLL and run it ubder the Windw Dll host 32 (Actually this behavior commonly caught by the AV)
3- it closes any running instances of firefox, and changes the home page and default search engines.
4- it (unfortunately) dispose iny running services of AVAST free av…
5- It increases my network usage (sending and receiving of data)…
and here is what I’ve done

1- I made a quick scan with avast and full scan and a windows-boot scan with no results
2- I installed maleware bytes with no result
3- I created a rescue disk of AVAST and of KASPERSKY and both did nothing…
4- I manually deleted all associated files and folders and killed the processes but maybe I missed something because it resurrect every now and then…

What is KMS doing on your system ?

KMS Long story but my windows is not activated legally, However I have a license but I couldn’t use it so I had to activate windows using this illwgal activator…
I have a valid legal windows and office license and I can prove it because I have the license tapped to the bottom of my laptop…
problem occurred because of a crash while updating from windows7 ultimate to windows 10 professional and I’ve contacted microsoft with that problem with no good response…
that’s all
AGAIN: I have proof that I purchased a legal version of Windows and Office…
That’s all

Install Windows fresh and activate it in a legal way if you want help.

OK I’ve contacted Microsoft again and activated windows legally with a brand new key and uninstalled KMS
what else can I do???

Provide new logs.

New logs and screen shoot of conversation with Microsoft agent…

Ok, so you did not do what you where asked/told.

Sorry but what dod you mean by that??
I legalized my Windows copy,
I uninstalled KMS,
What more should I do???
Sorry if I’m making troubles but you’re not clear enough for me…

Ok I realized KMS still in the running services but I already uninstalled it how to remove it completely if you have answer please provide and at my side I’ll google it my self,

FIRST >>>>

Please go to START (Windows Orb) >> Control Panel >> Uninstall a Program or Programs and Features and remove the following (if listed):

AlphaGo

To do so, left clicking on the name once and then click Uninstall/Change at the bar above the list window.

Follow the prompts of the uninstaller BUT please read carefully any questions it asks before answering; some uninstallers will try and deceive you into keeping the software.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

How is your system running now?

OK
I uninstalled alphago from (programs and features)
I used the (FIX) feature of FRST and it did generate a log file (attached to this reply),
Then I created new reports (after restart) from MB and FRST scan option…
I attached everything in this reply,
And I have one complaint though, the FIX button closed and killed every running service and open window without any warnings, I didn’t lose any work but I could’ve, I should report this to the community of FRST to make attentions,
Finally after FRST restated my system the boot time was very short, Windows started fast and I think many of problems have been fixed, And firefox was cleaned of the FORCED start page and search engine,
I don’t know though weather the virus/mw is completely cleaned or not I hope that log files will give me good news…

Thanks for the fresh logs. Your logs look clean so we will remove our tools and get you on your way.

If everything else if fine for you (Avast is running / scanning with no warnings, etc.) then I will remove our tools and get you on your way …

Clean up of Malware Removal Tools
Now that we are through using these tools, let’s clean them off your system so that should you ever need to have malware removed again (we hope not) fresh, updated copies will be downloaded.

[]Download Delfix from here to your desktop and double click it to start the program
[*]Ensure Remove disinfection tools is ticked
Also tick:
[
]Create registry backup
[*]Purge system restore

http://i1351.photobucket.com/albums/p785/dbreeze2/just%20stuff/DelFix%20Standard%20Selection_zpswethifs1.png

[*]Click Run
[*]The program will run for a few moments and then notepad will open with a log. Note: Please save this log first before rebooting your system (if asked to); DelFix does not save the log as it is trying to remove all traces of our work on your system. Please attach the log in your next reply.

You can delete any log files left on your desktop as these are no longer needed.

==Some Tools to consider to help keep your system safe ==

Unchecky is a small service that runs in the background to help keep those “extra toolbars” and tag along search engines from automatically installing. By automatically directing you to a custom install with all the options unchecked, only what you manually choose and confirm gets installed.

CryptoPrevent is a free program that prevents CryptoLocker / ransomware from infecting your PC by locking down the OS so the malware can not get a grip on your system. You can read the details about this program here.

Also, consider keeping MalwareBytes Antimalware in your arsenal of safe keeping programs. Use the free version (not the paid or trial version) and you won’t have a problem with your antivirus scanner program. Keep it updated and run a scan with it once a week.

Lastly, if you use Firefox as your main web browser, consider adding the NoScript and uBlock Origin add-ons to the browser to block scripting hijacks and remove unwanted ads from the pages you view.
