Virus recognition

Hi !
Avast recognizes one of my programs and a tool bar as an ad ware or virus. How can I do to stop this recognition ? ???

Can You be more specific & tell us:

  1. What is your OS, Is it up to date;?
    2)Have you any firewall enabled;?
  2. What version of data base avast have (VPS)?
  3. What name gaved avast to infected file?
  4. Where the infected file is located (e.g. C:/folder/file.ext?
    6)Have you any other security application installed (antispyware, etc.)?
    P.s. You can also sent this file to Virus total at http://www.virustotal.com/en/indexx.html for analyse, & please post back the result of it
