help i’m really no good at this computer lark but i am trying so please help me i ran a scan via symantec which says i have a virus bloodhound.exploit.10 on 1 file on my disk drive not memory c:windows\temporaryinternetfiles\content.IE5\D803T9KL\installer[1].html is infected how can i get rid of this i run avast home and zone alarm cannot afford to buy any more packages till after xmas please help!!!:-[
open internet explorer ,hit tools ,options and dump temporary files.

bloodhound is NAV’s general name for detections by their heuristic scanner. They are mostly false positives. But do as ginblossom suggested. It is just a temporary internet file as you can see when you look at the location.
