Virus update error

Hi

I have not used my Pc for a while and and now getting errors when I try to do an update - I have tried to do a direct download update as well

Error is
Can’t install VPS update. Please, report following errorcodes:
Ver:4.6.691
SI:0x00000005
ST:0xC0000005
LE:0x00000000.

Any ideas what I can do?

Why don’t you donwload and install the newest version of avast 4.7 (instead of yours 4.6)?
