We hereby inform you that our webpage is accusing in the Avast URL: Mal, I am the computer technician’s “Voz Operário”, since I downloaded all the files from the page I checked with avast and kaspersky and not accused nothing … AVG Internet Security, Kaspersky Internet Security, Bitedefender not accusing anything when we go on our page only the Avast is accusing … We would like you to test them our web site … as this to be annoying since we are a public school and parents of students who have Avast can not reach to our page …

Being a public school webpage doesn’t mean anything if your webpage has been compromised. I’m not saying that it 100% was but you can’t exclude that possibility…
