virus! virus! Please help

I have some kind of virus. When I run a scan it says “some files can’t be scanned” My icons rearrange them selves. Some sites I go to won’t run correctly. ex: realtor.com won’t let me look at pics of homes, can’t use the back arrow button, I can’t bring up my onscreen keyboard at the log in page.

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
