my computer was infected by the Win32:Warezov-ABX [Wrm] in the C:\WINNT\System32\sbeddem.exe[UPX]
The alert message from the avast detected this virus in the same file every fifteen minutes and i can’t move it to chest or remove it.
Even worse, i can’t find the sbeddem.exe in the directory.
Can anyone suggest me what could be done… THX
check your folder view options to ensure you can “see” hidden files and folders.

i have ensured the hidden file can be seen but still can’t find it.
I am afraid it is a fake alert or the file was being deleted by avast…

Maybe you have a Trojan downloader which is downloading the malware file?
Have you got a firewall? Are there any suspicious connections in or out?
Try these anti-Trojan/anti-spyware scanners:
AVG Anti-Spyware: (Requires Win2000/XP)
Spybot Search & Destroy:

Ad-Aware:
Running a boot-time scan should delete it
