Virus won't go to the chest.Help!!

I just ran a scan and wow, found some files infected, but some of the files say " Error: The system could not find the file specified (2) I can’t send them to the virus chest why happenned
some viruses I’ve sent them to the virus chest but these won’t
The virus window came up when I was surfing on mozilla, and it went away so fast I didn’t get to see what it was. I’ve been researching and it was a malware,because It shows a windows essential system saying you have 8 viruses on your computer and
But help please. I need these viruses off my computer.
Win32 Tdss-DV (Trj)
Win32 Trojan Gen
Win32 Tiny-AGF (Trj)
and my mozilla firefox won’t load, it says about something about error read or memory only Internet Explorer can Connect

a certain file with the Win32 Trojan-gen virus can’t be deleted, repaired, or moved: it say’s access denied and file cann’t be accessed (yesterday it said that the file may be in use). What do you suggest I do?

You could try a boot-time scan, provided you have a 32-bit OS.

You could also try Mbam>>http://www.malwarebytes.org/

After you have run Malwarebytes, or if you cannot run it, then try the next step OTL
