 Hi Louie :

What you are experiencing is an indication you have a very bad piece of "spyware" on your
computer, NOT a "virus" . What antiSPYWARE/antiTROJAN program(s) do you have on your
computer ? What is the NAME of your Operating System ? IF you have either Windows XP or
Windows 2000, I recommended you use the FREE version of "SUPERantispyware" from
www.superantispyware.com , as a 1st and hopefully last "step" in resolving that "balloon" .

Hi louiebh,

It sounds like it could be a scam message.
